Well I am making my way through the dark clouds that were weighing me down for the past week. Implementing positive changes in my life helps as does just talking to people close to me about my situation.
One thing I have recently managed is quitting diet soda. I had a bad diet soda addiction, I was drinking 6 or more cans a day. The caffeine kept me hyped up enough to make it through the day or so I believed. It also numbed things out it my brain. So since I am more into facing my problems at this point I decided the diet soda had to go. I had severe headaches for the first few days but a week later I am feeling ALIVE again. It’s also nice not to spend the extra cash and time worried about running out!
I am also weighing 25 pounds less than I did this time last year. I am exercising more and in general trying to take better care of myself.
So here I am. More positive, thankful, and headed towards good things.
